Dates: 14th-23rd May 2014 (immediately before the Miami Biennial)

Included: - Transfers to and from airport in Manaus - Accommodations on board Amazon river boat (double occupancy) - All meals other than as noted below - field trips, admissions, and guides' services

Not Included: Round trip airfare to Manaus, Brazil - Passport and visa fees - Brazilian airport departure tax - Beverages (there is a bar on the boat) - Meals purchased while travelling to or from Manaus or on personal excursions not included in the itinerary - Tips for local guides and boatcrew

Reservations: A non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $400 per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. All checks should be made payable to The New York Botanical Garden and sent to Andrew Henderson, The New York Botanical Garden, Bronx , NY 10458-5126. Early reservations are recommended as space is limited to 24 participants.

Payment Schedule: $400 deposit due at time of registration
$1250 second payment due Friday, December 6th, 2013
$1250 final payment due Friday, March 7th, 2014

Cancellation & Refund Policy: The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable. At the time of receipt of written notice of cancellation, the following additional fees will apply:

Prior to January 1st 2014 $200.00
January 2nd- April 30th 2014 $400.00
After May 1st 2014 100% of cost
